The mind is our foundation; the spirit of compassion, equality and wisdom of Buddhist teaching is our guiding principle; the beauty of Buddhist art is our expression; to enlighten through the blending of art with literature, education, science and daily living is our practice. Adapting the concept of operation of modern museums, the display of Buddhist art is to embody the wisdom, equality and compassion of Buddhism, and to express the essence of Buddhist art with its simplicity, stillness, and magnificence.
